Limousine Rules & Regulations:
1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
2. No SMOKING inside limousine, $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
3. Clean-up fee for vomit in the limousine will be assessed.
4. All tolls and parking are not included in rental rate.
5. $10.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses
6. $100.00 clean-up fee for excessive matter in Limousine.
7. All unruly persons will be dropped of at the sole discretion of the driver & no refunds.
8. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. No illegal drug use of any kind.
10. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
11. Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail within 14 days of your
scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount.
12. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to
pay any overtime charges.
13. Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event
of any major mechanical issues, limo involved in accident, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Chicago Party Ride will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by. Chicago Party Ride Buses
Chicago Party Ride Buses will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DESCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
(1) $ 20.00 per broken glassware
(2) $ 700.00 per damaged seat, $ 500.00 per damaged carpet, $ 1000.00 per damaged mirror
(3) $ 100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.), $50.00 per each chewing gum in the carpet
(4) $ 20.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior), $150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
(5) $ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
(6) $ 800.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
(7) $ 2000.00 opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object
(8) Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle
9) Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract Chicago Party Ride
recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

NO SMOKING inside limousine or Chicago Party Ride Buses
All tolls and parking are not included in the quoted fare and are due at the conclusion of the trip.
Any damage to the limousine, Chicago Party Ride Buses or its contents caused by the customer or its guests will be the responsibility of the customer.
$100.00 clean-up fee for excessive garbage, etc. in the limousine.
Any unruly persons will be ejected from the car, limousine or Chicago Party Ride Buses at the first appropriate location, at the sole discretion of the driver (no refund given).
We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail within 14 days of your scheduled event to avoid cancellation charge. (50% of the full contract price)
Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted if necessary.
